Indie Rabble Brew Co are hiring for a head of sales to join in Q1/Q2.
Established 2023, our brewery is the 2024 SIBA new UK craft brewery of the year, and were also nominated at brewer’s congress for the same.
We packaged around 800HL in year 1, and hope for this year to be closer to 1400HL.
This will be the first time the role of sales hasn’t been done by a combination of the directors and part time stuff and represents a massive step in the evolution of our business.
We have bold targets for 2025, and hope the right person – who will be an experienced, seasoned industry professional with direct experience of growing a small independent keg forward brewery – can really help us reach and exceed these. A minimum of 3 years in a similar brewery is essential. We are not looking for someone to promote into this role, we’re looking for someone capable of leading all elements of sales from day 1 in the job.

The package
• 40 hours a week
• 4.5 days per week (flexible)
• A generous beer allowance from each packaging run

• 28 days holiday per year (incl bank holidays)
• Salary:
o £38,000-45,000 depending on experience
o This is a non-commission based role, however, as we effectively want a partner to drive this business forward, we are very open to offering a share in this business once KPI’s have been set and then met.
