It’s another new Westy!! We’ve long owed Elusive Brewing a return collab. But on our brew day, our planned Hops? 404. Hops Not Found. Oops. The solution: all the Centennial! Resinous, Piney, Zesty, and definitely not missing bitterness. Big, Classic, West Coast, and decidedly Elusive. Pouring from TOMORROW at the brewery!
NEW BEER! This one was previewed at the taproom this weekend! This West Coast pale ale, a collaboration with Oxford’s fantastic social enterprise Tap Social Movement, is hopped with Columbus and dry hopped with Citra and Chinook. Expect classic bitterness, with grapefruit, pine and resin dominating.
