Step 1: Mashing
We start with quality grains and water, mixing them in a mash. This activates enzymes that convert starches into sugars, laying the foundation for the brewing process.
Step 2: Boiling
Next, the wort is boiled and hops are added. This not only brings out the flavors but also sterilizes the mixture, readying it for fermentation.
Step 3: Fermentation
After cooling, yeast is added to the wort. This fermentation stage is where the magic happens, as the sugars turn into alcohol and carbonation.
