COLLAB NEWS!
It’s that time yet again. Our FOURTH launch collab is going to be released very soon, and for this one – we popped down to Somerset.
We’ve loved Yonder for many years now, as purveyors of some of the very best wild ales in the country, focusing originally on foraged ingredients – they were some of the first sour ales brought into Hoppy by Dave and Naomi.
And as we’re opening in Summer, clearly we needed a sessionable summer sour. There was definitely no one better to ask.
Even more excitingly they said yes!
What an amazing brewday. It’s a beautiful part of the world and the hospitality shown to us by everyone down at Yonder was simply wonderful.
